Session intelligence

See the entire journey

PulseCart’s session architecture links anonymous product views, add-to-cart events, coupon usage, checkout starts, and order completion—even when a shopper logs in mid-journey. Event tables are rendered as neat, collapsible cards with nested item lists.

  • 30% / 70% layout for user info vs. event stream.
  • Timeline icons and color-coded tags for clarity.
  • Global toggle + per-session collapse controls.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before shipping PulseCart with your Envato package.

PulseCart is a drop-in alternative focused on events, sessions, and AI summarization rather than order-only reporting. You can keep WooCommerce Analytics enabled for comparison, but most merchants rely solely on PulseCart after installation.

A lightweight front-end tracker + WooCommerce hooks record product views, catalog views, add/remove cart, coupon, checkout, order, refund, login, and account creation events. Each call must include a signed nonce to prevent spoofing.

Yes. AI is disabled by default. Merchants can enable the toggle, choose GPT or Gemini, and paste the API key. If no key is provided, the dashboard encourages enabling AI but functions fully without it.

A detailed documentation bundle lives inside docs/, covering installation, dashboard usage, AI setup, session explorer tips, and troubleshooting. Link it directly in your Envato delivery.
